AREAS OF PRACTICE
Nicholas “Nick” Rusovich joined Riess LeMieux as an Associate attorney in 2026. He began his career in law as a paralegal after graduating from college and later clerked at various New Orleans law firms, gaining experience in the areas of Labor & Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, Toxic Torts, and more. Nick practices with Riess LeMieux in the fields of Construction Law and Litigation as well as Commercial Litigation.
Nick obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the College of Charleston in 2021 and his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2026. In law school, Nick was a member of the Maritime Law Society as well as the Civil Law Society.
His extensive research-oriented training both in law school and undergraduate studies ensures that each client’s case is handled meticulously and effectively at every stage of litigation.
