MOLLY M. JONES

Molly M. Jones is a title attorney with extensive experience in Louisiana real estate law. She began her career managing multi-family and single-family properties and further gained practical experience as a real estate agent for a property management company. Molly later managed her own office at a local title company, where she provided title opinions, resolved title defects, and facilitated closings for hundreds of Louisiana residents. Additionally, Molly has significant experience negotiating and litigating complex real estate matters, such as property ownership disputes and successfully securing properties bought through tax sales and successions.

M. ROBERT C. RIESS, JR.

M. Robert C. Riess, Jr. is a closing attorney, representing clients in transactional matters and disputes involving real estate, contract negotiations, ownership issues, and all other aspects of commercial real estate law. His litigation background provides clients with comprehensive counsel, covering the preparation, negotiation, and management of multimillion-dollar transactions, non-profit and private sales and acquisitions, lease agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, construction management contracts, professional services agreements, and corporate governance documents.
