• Unfair Bank and Lender Practices.  Hidden charges, overcharges, or other improper charges and fees by banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.  The firm helped the class action plaintiffs to recover substantial fees from a large national bank.
• Environmental Litigation. The explosion of the Deepwater Horizon rig on April 20, 2010 and the resulting oil spill is one of the largest environmental disasters in the history of the United States.  The firm assisted its clients with recovering tens of millions of dollars in economic losses caused by the BP oil spill.
