August 16, 2023 – Riess LeMieux is pleased to welcome Michelle Riviere to the firm as an associate in New Orleans. Michelle’s primary areas of practice are construction litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage and defense.
Prior to joining Riess LeMieux, Michelle served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Marilyn C. Castle at the 15th Judicial District Court of Louisiana. She also clerked for various firms around South Louisiana, working in several practice areas of commercial litigation, insurance, construction, medical malpractice, and agriculture.
Michelle received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022. Prior to law school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Mississippi in 2019.
