Josh Yeager joined Riess LeMieux in April 2025 as an associate attorney. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a New Orleans insurance defense practice where he gained extensive experience litigating property damage disputes across Louisiana in both state and federal court. Josh is also licensed to practice in Colorado, where he previously worked in the areas of probate, trust and estate, and elder law litigation. There, he was active in the Colorado Bar Association and was a regular faculty member for continuing legal education courses put on by the Elder Law section of the bar. Before moving to Colorado, Josh served as a law clerk for the Hon. Roland Belsome on the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Josh received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2015, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and chaired Tulane’s Appellate Moot Court competitions. Josh also competed on Tulane’s Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court Competition Team.
Outside of the office, Josh can be found playing golf, enjoying live music, and spending time with his wife and son.
