Since joining the firm as an associate in 2020, Trey has built a strong construction litigation practice representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, and design professionals, including architects and engineers. His experience spans a wide range of matters involving contract disputes, professional negligence, bid protests, open accounts, construction vibrations and resulting property damage, as well as claims related to delays, change orders, construction and design defects, incomplete designs, and contract terminations on both private and public projects.
