We are proud to announce that Johanna “Liz” Lambert has been named a partner in the firm. Liz has significant experience advising government entities in a range of matters including contract negotiations, public bidding, and public-private partnerships. She also represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Before her civil practice, Liz served as a Senior Assistant Parish Attorney for Jefferson Parish.
