Riess LeMieux partner, Jon Forester, recently took part in one of New Orleans’ biggest charity cook-off events, Hogs for the Cause. This year Hogs, as it is affectionately known, raised over $3.6 Million for pediatric brain cancer patients. A whole million more than last year’s competition! Jon and his team, The Pig Lebowski, placed in the top 15 out of 90 teams in three different categories: pulled pork (14) sauce (9) and sides (7). The Pig Lebowski team was also the winner of the 2023 Hogs for the Cause “Best Bourbon Drink.”
