Riess LeMieux is pleased to announce that Bessie L. Renfrow has joined the firm. Bess has significant experience in zoning, land use development, local regulatory compliance, and property law.  She also has experience with drafting development agreements providing for large-scale infrastructure improvements and construction-management plans for both commercial and residential developments.
