Mary Claire Kramer  |  Associate

Mary Claire joined Riess LeMieux as a clerk in January 2022 and returned as an associate attorney in August 2022. She primarily practices in the areas of Construction Law and Commercial Litigation. She also has experience in Employment and Labor Law, Bankruptcy, Maritime Litigation, Insurance Defense, Coverage Disputes and Bad Faith. Before joining the firm, Mary Claire clerked at various regional and national law firms gaining experience in several areas, including, class action, bankruptcy, employment discrimination, and medical malpractice. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Loyola University New Orleans in 2017 and graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2022.
