OSHA recently updated its COVID-19 advisory, stating that most employers “no longer need to take steps to protect their fully vaccinated workers who are not otherwise at-risk from COVID-19 exposure.” The new guidance recommends protecting unvaccinated or otherwise at-risk workers by continuing to implement health/safety protocols, such as remote work and flexible schedules, enhanced cleaning programs, ventilation, and use of PPE, face coverings, and social distancing.
